In Kali Yuga, sankirtana, or chanting of the divine names, pastimes, qualities, etc. of God (Shree Radha Krishna) has been prescribed as the only effective means to attain God realization. The most important part of sankirtana is roopdhyan, the loving remembrance of God. Without roopdhyan, sankirtana is like a body without a soul. If the mind is attached to Shree Radha Krishna, you will attain Divine Knowledge and Divine Bliss. If your mind remains attached to the material world, you will continue to suffer in ignorance and misery. This book thoroughly explains the practice of roopdhyana and guides the aspirant through its various practices.

So glad to have purchased this beautifully written simple and direct guide to remembering the Lord with humility and selfless loving sentiments. The book is a mere 58 pages and easy to carry around when traveling. The short amount of pages also allows for more time to re-read the book and allow the precious instructions of Maharaj Ji to sink in.
