agadguru Kripaluji Yog is a complete system of Yog that incorporates both—material and spiritual knowledge—for the physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual health of humankind. It is based upon the timeless wisdom of the Vedic scriptures. They are the authentic scriptural form of the various techniques for mind-management and exemplary physical health. There are five arms of Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog.
Five arms of JKYOG
1. Radhey Krishna Yogasans
These are physical postures and exercises practiced along with the remembrance of God. In Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog, in place of mere asans, Radhey Shyam Yogasans have been incorporated, i.e. asans along with the mental chanting or recalling of the Names of God. This practice offers dual benefits of remembering the Divine Names and enhances flexibility and strength of the body.
2. Radhey Krishna Pranayams
These are breathing exercises done with the chanting/remembering of the Holy Names of God. Radhey Krishna Pranayam is performed by synchronizing the breaths along with the mental chanting of the Sacred Names of God.
3. Subtle Body Relaxation
This is a technique for removing all tension and anxiety from the mind and the body, and bringing it to a state of complete relaxation. Instead of the mechanical process of yog nidrā, there is Subtle Body Relaxation technique, in which practitioners learn the superb art of relaxing their minds along with simultaneous and constant fixation of their minds on the Divine Pastimes of God with great ease and comfort. As the mind is attached to the Divine realm, it becomes cleansed by constant meditation on God. From the physical perspective too, Subtle Body Relaxation is many more times advantageous as compared to all the yogasans and pranayams put together.
4. Roop Dhyan Meditation
This is a Divine system of meditation on the all-attractive Form of God. Unlike fixing the mind on worldly areas through different types of meditation techniques taught in different parts of the world, Roop Dhyan Meditation of JKYog imparts to the aspirants the art of meditating on the Names, Forms, Virtues, Pastimes, Abodes, and Associates of God. This helps them come closer to the Divinity by developing an affinity for Him.
5. Science of Healthy Diet
It is the science of understanding the impacts of different foods on our body and mind and eating proper foods to develop a sāttvic nature, in accordance with the famous proverb: “You are what you eat.” Everybody knows that health is the foundation of all other aspects and has a meaning provided that health is in proper state. It is a great folly if a person guarantees his good health only by visiting the doctor or eating supplements. Rather it has to be maintained by practicing good habits and changing our unhealthy patterns of eating and thinking in daily life. Thus, healthy life is only possible by following the recommendations prescribed on various food patterns in The Science of Healthy Diet—one of the time-tested disciplines of JKYog.
For anyone yearning to learn the holistic science of healthy living, sincere practice of these techniques will definitely bring about a complete well-being from within.
