"We offer our respectful obeisance unto our Spiritual Master, who has opened our eyes, which were blinded by the darkness of ignorance, with the torchlight of knowledge."
Our Beloved Spiritual Master, Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj, who had mercifully manifested his leelas on planet earth for ninety-one long years, decided that it was time to bring his visible pastimes to a close, and in the morning of 15th November, 2013, returned to the Divine Abode of Radha Krishna.
What he gave to humankind during his stay in our world can never be sufficiently eulogized in words; the whole planet shall remain indebted to him for his gift of love. In the annals of great rasik saints who have graced this world with their divine gift of devotion, Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj, the 5th authentic Jagadguru of this age, shines like the sun illuminating the entire universe with his knowledge, love and grace.
Over the last 25 days, elaborate ceremonies were conducted in Mangarh, Vrindavan & Barsana as per the Vedic scriptures. Shree Maharajji's last rite duties were also performed in the holy city of Banaras and Prayag.
JKP had also successfully organized massive programs in honour of Shree Maharajji at the three 'dhams' in Mangarh, Vrindavan and Barsana. In all, over 4000 Brahmins, 7000 Sadhus and 5000 widows were invited to a special 'Bhoj' and given gifts and other essential items.
In the next few weeks, Shree Maharajji's ashes will be immersed at important dhams like Haridwar, Jaganath Puri, Gangasagar, Navadwip, Rameshwaram, Nashik and Dwarika.
With humble prayers, on the solemn event of Shree Maharajji leaving for the divine abode of Shree Radha Krishna, we are dedicating a special issue of our e-Magazine to our beloved Gurudev. We recollect some of his divine pastimes, the amazing literature that he revealed and a few of his timeless words with the hope that it will bring solace to devotees world over, and inspire them to further strengthen their devotion.
